Lil’ Lucky Fishing Charters at Baytowne Marina of the Sandestin
Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, Florida is off and running
for the 2008 fishing season.
We are looking forward to another great year with no foul
weather days and lots of fun fishing.
Bob and Angie Holcomb came down from Oklahoma and had a fantastic
trip aboard the Lil’ Lucky on February 14th. We got off to
a chilly start, but the day warmed up quick leaving us with
a glassy calm Choctawhatcee Bay. Angie caught her first ever
Redfish and Bob caught his largest Redfish to date, and by
the end of the day they totaled 24 Redfish and a Black Drum
averaging from 9 to15lbs. I believe they had somewhere around
5 or 6 consecutive double hookups on Redfish.
On February 16th, Chris Curtis came out and fished another
beautiful day aboard the Lil’ Lucky. Chris ended up catching
some nice Black Drum in the 5 to 7lbs range, and caught a
nice keeper Redfish that I filleted out for him to take home
for a nice Redfish dinner.
